Eat & Drink at The Slow, Bali

 

The Slow is no ordinary hotel, and its lobby/restaurant is like no other. This boutique lifestyle hotel just minutes away from Canggu Beach features Tropical Brutalist architecture and warm Balinese minimalism, with Eat & Drink extending that ethos.

Headed by Chef Shannon Moran, (formerly at Damien Hirst's Pharmacy, Nobu and Nahm Bangkok), the vast majority of kitchen produce are sourced directly from their own farm.

The dining area is spacious and breezy with greenery heavily incorporated, while communal tables and plush seating add to the relaxed vibe.

Locally inspired, the menu is designed for sharing allowing you to savour a variety of dishes without any FOMO. Expect dishes like Korean fried brocolli, soft shell crab tacos and charred corn with chilli butter.
