Woy Woy Fishermans Wharf Restaurant & Bar
Woy Woy Fishermans Wharf has been jewel in the Clayton family crown for the past 35 years, dedicated to serving the Central Coast community and visitors alike with the freshest seafood.
The Wharf Restaurant & Bar is located around the back of the main building, with the front housing the fish market & takeaway shop. But dining at the wharf It is no doubt the ideal spot to sample the best seafood Woy Woy has to offer as well as kick back and just enjoy the surroundings, the food and who you’re eating it with.
A selection of seasonal seafood dishes are on the menu from snapper & scallop ceviche, barramundi spring rolls to fish tacos, fish burgers and steaming hot pots of mussel or clams. If you prefer to share, maybe try the house platter ($75) for a mixed selection of hot and cold seafood. Also, make sure to check out the specials board for other items not on the regular menu like crab toast and chilli garlic scallops and the faithful lobster mornay.
The space has a vibrant, rustic, cosy-chic feel and it's pretty cool, because you’re actually on the wharf and if you look down, you can definitely hear and also just barely see the water underneath. I recommend booking a table if you want to sit on the end of the wharf..which happens to have the better views.
With the warmer weather approaching this spot is going to be amazing, especially come summertime, so make note and when you have a day off or a free weekend, call your friends, jump in the car, drive up or down or whatever, just get there.
